Kaplan Construction Group is led by JT Phelps, President, and a third generation contractor with over 20 years of extensive experience in new construction and renovation of existing properties.  His experience in multifamily and commercial construction totals more than $250 million.  Mr. Phelps’ current role with Kaplan is to oversee and coordinate all aspects of construction projects undertaken by Kaplan Construction Group in order to ensure the delivery of a high-quality product to clients, financial partners, and investors.  Mr. Phelps brings a unique, hands-on approach to his responsibilities and personally inspects all projects to help ensure that details are attended to and nothing is missed.  This personal touch distinguishes Kaplan Construction Group from other contractors.
