multi-family units under construction and 1,283

We have the capacity to build 2500 units per

A typical site must yield a minimum of
240 units.&amp;nbsp; Major metro with compelling
need for new rental housing.&amp;nbsp; Required (job
growth, reduction of existing supply due to
condo conversion.&amp;nbsp; High single family
housing cost, etc.).&amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
Our typical
acquisition target is a multi-family project
containing 250-700 units.&amp;nbsp; Properties in
need of repair, market repositioning, and / or
located in strong, rental growth areas are
preferred.&amp;nbsp; We are all cash buyers and can
close in 60 days.&amp;nbsp; We will also purchase
properties with existing debt, assuming we can
make them meet our investment criteria.&amp;nbsp;
After brokers register their deals with us, they
are protected.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
Our preferred locations
are: Florida, Texas, Nevada, Arizona, Georgia,
South Carolina, North Carolina, Colorado and
Kansas.&amp;nbsp; Our preference is to acquire
properties in major metropolitan areas although
we will be opportunistic on a deal by deal
basis.
